All good ideas start with a seed.

In 1976, a vision was born to build an industry that set new standards for innovation, quality, and sustainability. What began as a humble textile operation has grown into one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, specializing in Textiles and Ready-Made Garments; Badsha Group of Industries.

Our Journey

The journey started when Mr. Md Badsha, a visionary industrialist and two time president of the Yarn Merchants Association, started as a yarn wholeseller in 1976 and quickly became one of the largest yarn traders. His entrepreneurial spirit led to the launch of the Pioneer Sweaters Limited in 2000, followed by the establishment of Badsha Textiles Ltd and Kamal Yarn Limited. Recently, the group’s latest addition is Pioneer Denim Limited in 2017 and the garment division in 2024, and a state of the art blended spinning facility in 2025.
